Delivery Terms
We ship via DTDC for all deliveries across India. In case DTDC does not have delivery in your area, kindly intimate us at the time of placing your order with us. This is to help us identify a suitable courier service to suit your needs. Approximate shipping time for all Metros in India is 5-6 working days, 8-10 business days for other parts of India. Please note that processing time is 1-3 days in addition to the actual shipping days.
Shorts & Damages
An invoice or packing slip is enclosed with orders. Please check your shipment carefully; shorts or damage must be reported to Aindriyaa Arts and School Supplies Private Limited within 5 days after receipt. Accept boxes with external shipping damage, but sign an exception notice with the delivery person. Keep the damaged goods until the matter is settled. Please report discrepancies in writing, and include a copy of your invoice (or packing slip) with items in question circled. We cannot process verbal claims.
Return Policy
Aindriyaa will accept eligible returns within 5 days of receipt of goods only if the item purchased is faulty. It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit. Any breakages must be reported immediately - the same or next working day. Please notify Aindriyaa of the invoice number and reason for the returns by email aindriyaastore@gmail.com. Please view the above point on Shorts and Damage with relation to return of damaged goods.
If the item to be returned is a Aindiryaa error, you can send back the item through your own courier service. Please scan the copy of the payment receipt so that we can refund the amount for shipping.
If you ordered incorrectly and wish to return items, you can send back by your own shipping method. Returns by customer choice are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns for credit must be in good condition to be resold by Aindriyaa. If items returned are damaged in shipping, they will be returned to the customer and no credit will be given.
CUT YARDAGE, EURYTHMY SHOES, FLUTES, CHALK and RUITERTASSEN BAGS - CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT.
Aindriyaa is not responsible for any mechandise damaged or lost via return shipping. No Credits shall be given in this case.
All refunds will be done via NEFT bank transfers. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed. Please note this is applicable only for goods purchased on this website.

2. Returns and exchanges can only be shipped back to Aindriyaa only if you have received an Returns Authorisation Mail from Aindriyaa to:

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
Unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you. In this case it will be considered as 'Return by Customer Choice' and will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our Return policy above for further details.
In order to cancel your order in the above mentioned cases, send an email to aindriyaastore@gmail.com quoting your Order ID.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified about the same via email.
The refunds will be done through NEFT Transfer. Please allow 1- 2 weeks for the cancellation process to be completed from the date of us initiating your cancellation request.
